Wedding Photography Support
Before your wedding, we will provide a detailed guide to help plan your day, highlighting ideal times for couple portraits and lighting tips. On the day, we focus on capturing genuine emotions, atmosphere, and unique details that tell your story.
Timely Photo Delivery
You will receive a link to a secure online gallery with your fully edited photos within six weeks, often sooner depending on the season. Download, share, and select your favourite images easily from the gallery. You can purchase prints and more, too!
Curated Image Selection
For an 8-hour wedding coverage, expect 200 to 300 carefully edited photos. Each image is chosen to reflect the most meaningful moments, prioritising quality over quantity to tell your wedding story.
Booking Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit secures your date. Legal requirements include venue licensing and photo consent. Artistic rights remain with the photographer; clients may not alter images. Cancellation fees apply; insurance is recommended. See more information below.

At R&H Photography, we prioritise transparency and professionalism. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Is the venue fully licensed?
You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen venue is fully licensed and meets necessary legal requirements for us to attend and take photographs. Details are often included within your contract/rental agreement.
Who will be photographed at our wedding?
Both clients and guests agree to being photographed during the event. Whilst our main focus will be on the bride & groom for most of the day, we aim to capture every prescious moment!
Can suppliers use the images?
Absolutely! Suppliers can use our images as long as they credit 'R&H Photography'. They can 'tag' us if they plan to use on social media platforms such as Facebook, instagram or Linkedin.
Do I have editing rights to the images?
No, we retain all artistic rights to the images. Clients may not edit them in any way without prior consent.
What about the deposit?
We require a non-refundable deposit upon placing your booking, this is 25% of the invoice total and can be paid via a payment link that we send with your quote. If you prefer to pay using an alternative method, let us know in your contact form or feel free to call or email us. If you change your date, we will do our best to accommodate you, but if we can't, the deposit/full amount will be returned.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations are non-refundable. We recommend taking out insurance to cover such events.
Can I reschedule without fees?
Yes, there are no additional fees for rebooking with us, providing we are available on the date required.
What happens upon payment?
By paying the deposit or full amount, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have secured your date with a deposit, we require the final balance paid in full no later than 8 weeks before the booking date. Your chosen date is reserved until the balance due date and will be fully confirmed once payment has been received.
Are there any additional fees?
No additional fees beyond our quote will be charged. If you rebook with us, please provide as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.
